What to expect
Singers are welcome to attend as they wish; either weekly, every now and then, or as an occasional visitor. However, we hope to maintain a ‘heart’ of the choir comprising singers who come regularly to learn the songs and develop a passion for the choir’s sound and philosophy. We want to provide a rewarding musical experience for all people who come along; to stimulate and challenge experienced singers as well as nurturing and encouraging those who are less confident vocally. Above all, fostering feelings of enjoyment, delight in the music and a sense of community is central to our belief in the purpose of the choir.
NAME BADGES
All choir members have a name badge. Please wear your badge and remember to return it at the end of the session because this is how we keep track of attendance. Your name badge can be picked up from the table before practice starts. Please return it to the welcome desk at the end of each rehearsal.
WEBSITE
We have a Member's Page on our website which contains information about past and future events, and recordings of song parts and words. We hope you'll find it a useful resource. Please ask for the user name and password that gets you access to this section of the site when you come to choir.
